The Golf Classic directly supports JASC’s volunteer-delivered, K-12 programs which foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy skills, and use experiential learning to inspire kids to dream big and reach their potential. Despite being the second-smallest JA in the country, we were up 22% to 13,149 students in 2018-19 and received the most elite award awarded by JA USA, the Peak Performance Team Award. Even with the COVID-19 pandemic, our student reach in 2019-2020 was 11,338, our second-best year ever! This coming year we’ll be applying efforts to serve as a resource to Brevard Public School teachers for classroom and virtual learning.
